The candidate will manage SAP PM and QM functional processes, including maintenance execution, calibration, and cross-module integration. They will also be responsible for functional testing, business requirement analysis, and providing ongoing production support.
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong expertise in SAP PM covering Functional Locations, Equipment Master, Equipment BOMs, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, Maintenance Orders, Notifications, and Work Centers.
Hands-on experience with Corrective, Preventive, and Breakdown Maintenance processes and maintenance order execution.
Experience with Measuring Points, Counters, Refurbishment Processes, and maintenance-related master data.
Strong knowledge of SAP QM inspection lifecycle, including Inspection Planning, Inspection Lots, Results Recording, Defects, Usage Decisions, Quality Notifications, Certificates, Batch Management, and Sample Management.
Must have strong experience in Calibration processes, particularly triggering QM Inspection Lots from PM Maintenance Plans for calibration of test and measurement equipment.
Good understanding of PM-MM integration, including spare parts, goods issue from stock, external services procurement, and purchasing processes.
Strong understanding of PM-FICO integration, including order settlement, cost centers, WBS elements, projects, and maintenance-related cost tracking.
Experience with PM-QM integration, especially calibration and inspection processes.
Understanding of PM-PP integration, including shared work centers and capacity planning.
Experience with Output Management and Printing, including maintenance work orders, job cards, permits, labels, and QM Certificates of Analysis.
Experience working with mobile maintenance / mobile reconnection scenarios and related output processes.
Participate in functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and validation of SAP PM/QM solutions.
Prepare, execute, and maintain test scripts wherever required.
Analyze business requirements, prepare functional specifications, coordinate with technical teams, and support defect resolution.
Support SIT, UAT, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide functional solutions while ensuring minimal business disruption.
