SAP FICO+Costing Consultant

Key ResponsibilitiesLead configuration and support for SAP FICO + PS with Costing stream in implementation and AMS engagements.Design integrated finance and project cost structures aligned to client business needs, covering investment projects, internal orders, and cost centers.Configure:FI modules (GL, AR, AP, Asset Accounting).CO modules (Cost Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).PS modules (Project Definition, WBS, Budgeting, Settlement).Integrate PS with FICO and MM for end‑to‑end cost and revenue tracking.Support standard Costing Run / KKS, CKMLCP processes.Collaborate with Treasury and Finance Leads on cashflow and financial posting alignment.Prepare functional specification documents, unit testing, and training materials following Syntax delivery methodology.Participate in Fit‑to‑Standard workshops, SIT, UAT, and support Go‑Live activities.Ensure adherence to quality, timelines, and proactive issue resolution.📚 Required Skills & Experience8–10+ years of SAP functional consulting experience.Deep understanding of Finance and Controlling (FICO), Project Systems, and Product Costing integration.Hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance (2020 or above).Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end process flows – from budgeting to settlement and reporting.Familiar with Controlling objects, cost flow between FI–CO–PS, and Material Ledger.Exposure to Treasury / Cash Management processes is a plus.Strong documentation, problem‑solving, and communication skills.Ability to lead independent workstreams and coordinate with cross‑functional teams globally.
