SAP FICO Consultant

This role is an opportunity to contribute to finance transformation work in enterprise SAP environments, helping clients align business needs with effective SAP solutions. As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting finance and controlling processes, partnering with business and cross-functional teams to deliver functional solutions that improve performance and support ongoing operations.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to Finance and Controlling.
• Configure and support SAP FICO processes in SAP S/4HANA.
• Translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions.
• Support solution design, impact assessments, and process improvements.
• Perform functional testing, integration testing, and UAT support.
• Support incidents, change requests, and enhancement activities.
• Provide production support and troubleshoot functional issues.
• Prepare functional documentation and support business users.
• Collaborate with technical and cross-functional SAP teams.
• Support deployment and post-go-live activities.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
• Hands-on experience gathering business requirements, configuring SAP FICO solutions, and supporting testing activities.
• Experience supporting enhancements and production support for SAP FICO solutions.
• Experience integrating SAP FICO with MM and SD, particularly across Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Experience across core SAP FICO process areas, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, cost center accounting, profit center accounting, and internal orders.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
• Experience with end-to-end S/4HANA Finance implementations or support.
• SAP FICO certification.
