Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP BusinessObjects Administrator with strong hands-on experience in BO administration, platform support, troubleshooting, security, and report environment management. The ideal candidate should also have working knowledge of SAP Data Services (DS) administration and troubleshooting and be comfortable supporting reporting and backend data environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise (BO/BI) environments.
Perform BO platform administration, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Manage users, groups, roles, security, access rights, and authentication within BusinessObjects.
Support universes, reports, folders, schedules, publications, and report security.
Monitor BO services and troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and application issues.
Perform SAP Data Services (DS) administration and troubleshooting, including jobs, repositories, services, and connectivity.
Support report development, deployment, scheduling, and production issues as needed.
Troubleshoot data connectivity and integration issues between BO, DS, databases, and other source systems.
Work with development and business teams to resolve reporting and platform-related issues.
Support production deployments, environment maintenance, and incident resolution.
Document configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and operational processes.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects Administration.
Experience with BOE/BI Platform administration and support.
Strong understanding of BO security, users, groups, roles, folders, and access management.
Experience with report scheduling, publications, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of SAP Data Services administration and troubleshooting.
Experience troubleshooting BO reports, universes, connections, and data sources.
Good understanding of SQL and relational databases.
Strong production support and problem-solving skills.
