Sampling and Affiliate Coordinator

As we continue to grow our social commerce capabilities, we're looking for talented professionals to help brands build meaningful creator partnerships and deliver exceptional campaign experiences.

Step into the role of Sampling & Affiliate Coordinator and help power the success of our TikTok Shop affiliate programs. You'll be responsible for building a strong creator pipeline, coordinating product sampling, and ensuring creators have everything they need to move seamlessly from recruitment to campaign activation.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain a healthy creator recruitment pipeline
• Run outreach via Reacher, email, and other approved channels
• Identify and recruit creators who match brand fit and campaign needs
• Manage sample request approvals and creator shipping flow
• Confirm addresses, shipping details, and request status
• Ensure sample demand stays high and requests do not go stale
• Monitor the flow from recruit → approved sample → received → posted
• Coordinate closely with community manager on creator handoff after recruitment
• Maintain creator outreach lists, statuses, and pipeline reporting

What We’re Looking For

• TikTok Shop & Affiliate Experience: Proven track record in TikTok Shop operations, specifically in managing creator recruitment, sample flows, and affiliate campaigns.
• Pipeline & Data Management: Strong ability to maintain organized tracker spreadsheets, monitor conversion metrics (recruit-to-post), and report on pipeline health.
• Operational Proficiency: Experience managing high-volume outreach and coordinating end-to-end logistics (e.g., shipping, address verification, and status tracking).
• Shift & Schedule Alignment: Availability to work a full-time “graveyard” shift (Pacific/Eastern Time) with a reliable home office setup for remote operations.
• Communication & Agency Experience: Excellent written English skills and prior experience working in a fast-paced agency environment, balancing multiple accounts simultaneously.
