We are looking for a highly organized and well-spoken Executive Assistant / Salon Operations Coordinator to support a busy salon business. This role is ideal for someone who is confident communicating with customers, managing schedules, following up on tasks, and keeping day-to-day operations moving smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and make phone calls, texts, and follow-up messages with clients
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
  • Follow up with clients regarding appointment details, repairs, updates, and next steps
  • Coordinate with salon staff to confirm wigs are ready for upcoming appointments
  • Track pending tasks and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Communicate with vendors or repair contacts as needed
  • Provide general executive assistant support to the business owner
  • Help manage daily operational details remotely

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken English with a clear, professional, customer-facing communication style
  • Strong written communication skills for texts, emails, and client follow-ups
  • Experience in scheduling, customer service, admin support, or executive assistant work
  • Comfortable speaking with customers by phone
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Able to follow up consistently and manage multiple moving pieces
  • Friendly, polished, and professional demeanor
  • Experience in a salon, beauty, retail, medical office, or appointment-based business is a plus
