Role Summary:
Experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery of Salesforce programs, ensuring smooth execution, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile ceremonies (Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Drive Salesforce project delivery (Sales/Service Cloud, integrations)
Manage backlog, sprint planning, and releases with Product Owners
Remove blockers and ensure team productivity
Track metrics (velocity, burndown, delivery status)
Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
Required Skills
12+ years IT experience, 5+ years as Scrum Master
Strong Salesforce program exposure
Agile certifications (CSM/PSM/SAFe preferred)
Tools: Jira / Azure DevOps
Excellent stakeholder and team management skills
Preferred
Salesforce certifications
Experience with large, multi-team programs
Domain exposure (Healthcare/BFSI)
