Salesforce Quality Assurance All Levels

Red Hill is hiring a quality assurance team for a multi year enterprise Salesforce program. We need people who can build a test strategy from scratch, automate regression, and run user acceptance testing with business stakeholders.

Levels we are filling: QA Associate, QA Consultant, and QA Lead.

ABOUT RED HILL CONSULTING

Red Hill Consulting LLC is a New York based information technology, governance, risk, and compliance consulting firm. We staff and deliver enterprise Salesforce programs for large public sector and regulated industry clients.

This is a direct W2 hire onto Red Hill payroll. We do not work corp to corp and we do not engage 1099 contractors for these positions. Benefits include an optional medical, dental, and vision plan, employer paid basic life and long term disability, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

LOCATION

Remote, United States. All work must be performed from within the continental United States, defined as the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. Client data may not leave that area, so we cannot consider candidates who will be working from outside it.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

•   Build the test strategy, test plans, and test cases traced to documented requirements.

•   Execute functional, regression, integration, and end to end testing across Salesforce and connected systems.

•   Build and maintain automated regression suites.

•   Coordinate user acceptance testing with business users, including script preparation, session facilitation, and sign off tracking.

•   Triage, document, and track defects to closure, and report quality metrics to delivery leadership.

•   For the lead level, own the overall quality approach across workstreams and mentor the QA team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

•   Two or more years of software quality assurance experience for the associate and consultant levels, five or more for the lead level.

•   Hands on testing experience on the Salesforce platform, including at least two Salesforce implementations within the past five years for the consultant and lead levels.

•   Working knowledge of the Salesforce data model, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules as they affect test design.

•   Experience with a defect tracking and test management tool such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or qTest.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

•   Prior delivery for a government agency, public authority, or other regulated entity.

•   Automation experience with Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, Selenium, or Playwright.

•   Accessibility testing against Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA.

•   Performance and load testing experience on high volume Salesforce orgs.

CERTIFICATIONS WE LOOK FOR

•   Salesforce Certified Administrator

•   Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder

•   Salesforce Certified Business Analyst

•   Salesforce Certified Associate

•   Provar Certified Test Engineer

•   Copado Certified Professional

•   ISTQB Certified Tester, Foundation or Advanced Level

Salesforce Certified Administrator is the baseline we look for. Automation and ISTQB credentials carry additional weight at the consultant and lead levels.

HOW WE VERIFY CERTIFICATIONS

Red Hill verifies every Salesforce credential before a candidate is presented to a client.Include the public link to your Salesforce Trailhead profile in your application. We confirm that each credential you list is current, in good standing, and has not lapsed under Salesforce maintenance requirements.For each credential, list the credential name and the date you last completed its maintenance module. Credentials that cannot be verified on Trailhead will not be counted toward your candidacy.
