Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions that maximize Sales Cloud capabilities.
- Lead solution design workshops and document functional and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with business leaders and process experts to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Perform hands-on Salesforce configuration using declarative platform features.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, issue resolution, and production readiness activities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on Salesforce functionality, platform capabilities, and best practices.
- Support Salesforce platform operations by troubleshooting issues and coordinating with Salesforce and third-party vendors.
- Evaluate Salesforce releases, upgrades, and patches, performing impact assessments and recommending enhancements.
- Promote DevOps best practices by improving deployment processes, release management, and Salesforce testing strategies.
- Drive continuous improvements in quality assurance, test automation, and Salesforce platform governance.
Required Skills
- Strong functional expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience

Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud
- Salesforce CPQ
- Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency
- Salesforce test automation experience
- Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce production environments
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role.
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations and enhancements.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders to improve business processes through Salesforce.
- Experience supporting Salesforce platform operations, upgrades, and production releases.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices and quality assurance methodologies is preferred.
- Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst, or Sales Cloud Consultant are preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $60.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
