Salesforce Developer (Medical Quality Management)

Project Description

As a Salesforce Developer, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of a cloud-based enterprise Quality Management System (QMS) used to manage document lifecycle, compliance, and quality processes. You will build new functionality, develop integrations, and help deliver scalable solutions that support business-critical workflows for customers in highly regulated industries.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions;
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning, in line with established quality standards;
• Participate in technical discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams;
• Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of developed solutions;
• Create and maintain technical documentation for implemented solutions;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and identify opportunities for optimization;

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience in Salesforce development;
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning;
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and access management;
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems through APIs;
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions;
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Salesforce development best practices;
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and tools;
• English level: B2 or higher; 

Nice To Have

• Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft:
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1), Salesforce Platform Developer II (PD2), or Salesforce JavaScript Developer certification;
