The Salesforce Developer will design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications while performing full-stack web development across front-end and back-end layers. They will also collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior developers, and ensure successful integration with external enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, test, and maintain Salesforce applications.
- Develop solutions using Salesforce Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce configuration.
- Apply strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and software design patterns.
- Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities.
- Drive development work from requirements through implementation.
- Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and reusable Salesforce solutions.
- Analyze integration requirements and support integration between Salesforce and external applications.
- Perform full-stack web development across front-end, back-end, database, and integration layers.
- Work with system integrators and technical teams to ensure successful knowledge transfer.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing production support.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and development artifacts.
- Mentor junior and less-experienced developers.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and agency management.
- Follow established SDLC processes, coding standards, and development best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional IT/software development experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong experience developing with Salesforce Apex and foundational OOP concepts.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce development and design patterns.
