Profile Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years plus of Salesforce development experience
- Financial services industry experience preferred
- Visualforce and APEX experience
- Salesforce platform developer certification
- Salesforce integration experience desirable
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, or equivalent field
- Strong technical background using the latest technologies
- Agile Experience and Mindset – strong understanding of TDD (Test Driven Development)
- Excellent understanding of object orientated languages
- Exposure to current application architectures
- Integration development using Web Services, REST, XML and JSON technologies
- Energy, driven and motivated to manage several project and priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- Be a proactive problem solver who takes ownership for their work and its contribution to the business
Core responsibilities:
- Improve functionality and the processes in the business for Salesforce
- Design and deliver solutions which meet the requirements of the business within the overall timelines of the change programme
- Develop back end functionality to integrate multiple systems using industry standard integration technology
- Provide technical leadership and thought management towards our roadmap
- Work within the standards of quality, time and budget expected in a challenging, fast-paced agile driven work environment
