- Maintain,
optimize, and monitor CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable
automated testing and deployments within Salesforce environments
- Serve
as the primary point of contact for deployment failures,
merge conflicts, and environment inconsistencies
- Proactively
identify and resolve deployment‑related risks to ensure release stability
Environment
& Source Control Strategy
- Define,
document, and govern environment strategies across
development, QA, UAT, and production
- Design
and manage Git‑based branching models tailored for
Salesforce development lifecycles
- Establish
and enforce DevOps standards, ensuring consistent
configuration across environments
Platform
& Continuous Improvement
- Stay
current with Salesforce platform updates, Copado
releases, and evolving DevOps best practices
- Drive continuous
