Job Details:

Forecasted billable and non-billable hours at 40-50 hours per week

You’ll work closely with a Delivery Leads, Zinovo’s expert Salesforce consultants and clients to develop world-class scalable solutions for advanced customer projects.

Primary contact for questions and new requests from clients

Responsible for planning and overseeing the work to ensure it is completed in a timely fashion and within budget

Manage day-to-day activities of teams and ensure adherence to enterprise standards in project execution methodology, technical delivery, and standards compliance.

Works with the team to understand the work that is planned, solution and size the work, and resource the work appropriately

Manages the Zinovo resources to ensure effective alignment given the work needed at any given point in the contract

Remain aware of new product developments providing input and tactical direction to the business on customer service and support challenges

Ensure high quality, up-to-date documentation exists for all service arrangements

Define, organize, prioritize, and document new or changing customer CRM requirements, working with the customer’s business stakeholders

Ensures the solutions developed by all the team members across the Salesforce platform are cohesive and work well together

Watches for conflicts and synergies across all of the enhancements and ensure solutions will work well for all users in the platform

Update weekly forecasts on agreements, monitor contract hours on a weekly basis, monitor agreements/contract terms, track billing time for individual roles

Required Skills/Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in SFDC platform

Minimum Salesforce Administrator and Sales/Service Cloud certifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Cloud Computing (SaaS, PaaS) and Salesforce, either through work at industry participants or consulting to the industry, minimum of 3 years' experience in Cloud Computing project implementation – Well rounded in both functional and technical aspects of a Salesforce engagement

Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure, rapidly evolving environment. Excellent leadership and management skills, proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
