Salesforce Architect All Levels

Red Hill is building an architecture bench for a multi year enterprise Salesforce program. We are hiring at every architect level, from hands on solution architects through principal technical architects who set platform direction across concurrent workstreams.

Levels we are filling: Solution Architect, Senior Solution Architect, Principal Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Senior Technical Architect, Principal Technical Architect, and Chief Technology Officer (advisory).

ABOUT RED HILL CONSULTING

Red Hill Consulting LLC is a New York based information technology, governance, risk, and compliance consulting firm. We staff and deliver enterprise Salesforce programs for large public sector and regulated industry clients.

This is a direct W2 hire onto Red Hill payroll. We do not work corp to corp and we do not engage 1099 contractors for these positions. Benefits include an optional medical, dental, and vision plan, employer paid basic life and long term disability, a 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

LOCATION

Remote, United States. All work must be performed from within the continental United States, defined as the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. Client data may not leave that area, so we cannot consider candidates who will be working from outside it.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

•   Own the end to end solution and technical design for enterprise Salesforce implementations, including data model, integration, security, and deployment architecture.

•   Translate business and policy requirements into a platform design that holds up under audit and scale.

•   Set and enforce standards for Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and declarative configuration across multiple delivery teams.

•   Design integrations with legacy systems of record using MuleSoft, REST and SOAP services, and event driven patterns.

•   Define the sharing and visibility model, identity and access approach, and release management lifecycle.

•   Review work products from developers and consultants, and serve as the escalation point for technical risk.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

•   Eight or more years of professional information technology experience.

•   Five or more years of hands on Salesforce experience.

•   At least two comparable enterprise Salesforce implementations completed within the past five years, with your role clearly documented.

•   Demonstrated experience architecting on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Public Sector Solutions.

•   Working command of Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, and the Salesforce security model.

•   Experience with enterprise integration, data migration, and large volume data considerations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

•   Prior delivery for a government agency, public authority, or other regulated entity.

•   Experience leading architecture across multiple concurrent Salesforce workstreams.

•   Experience with Salesforce DX, Git based source control, and automated deployment pipelines.

We do not require all of these. Candidates who hold the architect designations, or who hold Platform Developer II and are actively working toward them, are of strong interest.

HOW WE VERIFY CERTIFICATIONS

Red Hill verifies every Salesforce credential before a candidate is presented to a client.Include the public link to your Salesforce Trailhead profile in your application. We confirm that each credential you list is current, in good standing, and has not lapsed under Salesforce maintenance requirements.For each credential, list the credential name and the date you last completed its maintenance module. Credentials that cannot be verified on Trailhead will not be counted toward your candidacy.

COMPENSATION

$75.00 to $145.00 per hour. Red Hill Consulting posts this range in good faith as required by New York Labor Law Section 194-b. Where an offer lands inside the range depends on level, verified certifications, depth of relevant experience, and the assignment.
