About the Role:
We are seeking a Sales & Strategy Consultant /Senior Sales Executive to drive growth across our automotive marketing and martech portfolio. This role requires a strong understanding of the automotive retail ecosystem and the ability to manage Tier 2 client relationships while delivering scalable, data-driven marketing programs. You will lead lifecycle campaigns and ensure alignment between OEM strategy and dealer-level execution.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead omnichannel marketing programs (Direct Mail, Email, Digital Activation) from planning through execution.
· Manage Tier 2 agency and dealer relationships; communicate program value, performance, and return on investment.
· Coordinate cross-functional teams (Data Science, Analytics, Creative, Engineering, Lettershop) to deliver high-quality, on-time solutions.
· Partner with Planning and Creative teams to develop data-driven, brand-compliant strategies.
· Oversee program timelines, budgets, and execution for CRM- and identity-driven campaigns.
· Support performance measurement, including incrementality, attribution, and dealer reporting.
· Assist senior leadership with SOW development, pricing reviews, and executive summaries.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
· 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or project management within automotive OEM or Tier II/III agency environments.
· Experience selling marketing products and direct-to-consumer campaigns.
· Working knowledge of dealer operations, wholesale allocation, and customer experience initiatives (e.g., Mobile Service, Pickup & Delivery).
· Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners
