Profile Requirements:
- Min 2.5 Years of Proven Experience in sales, customer success, account management, client relations, or call center environments preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Must have experience and knowledge in forex trading, financial services, fintech, or trading platforms.
- Strong relationship-building and active listening skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and managing follow-up conversations.
- Ability to explain processes clearly and confidently.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and other communication tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
Core responsibilities:
- Follow up with new clients who have registered but have not yet made their initial deposit.
- Contact clients with incomplete or pending KYC (Know Your Customer) verification and assist them through the verification process.
- Engage with clients who have completed verification but have not funded their trading accounts.
- Guide clients through the deposit process while answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Re-engage inactive clients and encourage them to resume trading activity.
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
- Educate clients on platform features, account setup, and available resources.
- Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions to improve their overall experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within the CRM system.
- Meet daily activity goals, including outbound calls, follow-ups, emails, and messages.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues quickly and efficiently.
- Stay informed on company products, services, promotions, and industry developments.
- Deliver a professional, consultative, and customer-first experience during every interaction.
