Profile Requirements:
- Sales Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or business development experience.
- Outbound Prospecting
- Proven experience with cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, and outbound sales outreach techniques.
- Communication & Sales Skills
- Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- CRM & Sales Tools
- Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools to manage pipelines and track activities.
- Performance & Work Ethic
- Self-motivated, target-driven professional with the ability to work independently and consistently meet sales goals.
- Candidate Submission
- Shortlisted candidates will be presented to the client with their updated resume and a voice recording for initial review.
- The voice recording will allow the client to assess the candidate's English communication skills, pronunciation, confidence, and overall speaking ability before proceeding to the interview stage.
Core responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales & Prospecting
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to identify and engage prospective business clients requiring IT support, web design, cybersecurity, networking, and technology solutions.
- Lead Generation
- Utilize LinkedIn and other professional platforms to prospect, connect with decision-makers, and generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Pipeline Management
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently researching, qualifying, and nurturing leads through multiple outreach channels.
- Appointment Setting
- Schedule discovery meetings and sales presentations for agency leadership and actively follow up to move prospects through the sales process.
- Solution Presentation
- Present the value of the company's services, including managed IT services, web design, computer repair, smart home setups, and technology consulting solutions.
- CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, lead status, and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Strategic Outreach
- Develop strategic outreach campaigns targeting growing businesses, local organizations, and other ideal customer profiles.
- Sales Performance
- Achieve monthly lead generation, appointment-setting, and revenue targets while providing market feedback to support business growth initiatives.
