We are looking for an ambitious and driven Sales Representative / Business Developer to develop OOOVATION in Italy, either from our headquarters in Yssingeaux (France) or directly from Italy.

At OOOVATION, we are not looking for people who simply execute tasks.

Tasks

As our Sales Representative Italy, your mission will be to develop OOOVATION’s business on the Italian market.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and prospecting new clients across Italy

  • Developing and managing a portfolio of B2B customers

  • Building relationships with sports organizations, companies, institutions and event organizers

  • Managing the full sales cycle:

  • Prospecting

  • Customer meetings

  • Quotations

  • Negotiation

  • Closing deals

  • Conducting meetings remotely and on-site

  • Participating in trade shows, sporting events and networking opportunities

  • Developing partnerships and increasing OOOVATION’s visibility in Italy

  • Monitoring market trends and identifying business opportunities

  • Working closely with our internal team to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Contributing to the long-term development of OOOVATION in Italy

This position offers strong growth opportunities and the possibility to evolve toward a Country Manager role as the market develops.

Requirements

At OOOVATION, we believe attitude matters more than diplomas.

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent Italian mandatory

  • Professional English required

  • French is a plus

  • Previous B2B sales experience is appreciated

  • Experience in sports, events or premium/custom products is a plus

  • Driving license required

Compensation package: €28,000–€55,000 gross annually including commission
