About the Role

Our client is looking for a confident, professional, and customer-focused Sales Receptionist to join their healthcare team.

The ideal candidate has healthcare/medical reception experience combined with strong sales and customer service skills. You should be comfortable handling patient calls, building rapport, following up with leads, overcoming objections, and converting inquiries into booked appointments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming patient calls professionally and promptly.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
  • Respond to patient inquiries and provide information about services.
  • Follow up with leads and prospective patients.
  • Convert inquiries and leads into scheduled appointments.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with patients.
  • Handle questions, concerns, and objections with empathy and confidence.
  • Maintain accurate patient and appointment records.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout each interaction.
  • Support general reception and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist, Patient Coordinator, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.
  • Experience in sales, lead conversion, or appointment setting.
  • Healthcare, medical, aesthetic, wellness, or dental experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and comfortable handling objections.
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Empathetic and professional when handling patient interactions.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
