About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Program Representative to join our team and support the optimization of B2B sales operations. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and business partners to enhance sales processes, improve operational efficiency, and contribute to business growth through data-driven insights and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and optimize B2B sales operations and processes.

  • Participate in meetings with clients and partners in Sofia and across the region.

  • Travel occasionally within Bulgaria to support business activities and client engagements.

  • Coordinate sales support activities, including licensing, training, pricing, budgeting, and commercial negotiations.

  • Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for process improvements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives.

  • Leverage CRM systems, analytics, and digital tools to improve sales performance and support strategic initiatives.

  • Coordinate workstreams and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality results.

Qualifications

  • Valid Category B driver's license required.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or B2B Sales and Service Optimization.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

  • Fluency in Bulgarian and English (C1 level).

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Please note: This role may require working in rotational shifts.
