Internship | Brazil | Remote | 2-Year Program

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Operations Executive to join our growing team on a 2-year internship basis, based remotely in Brazil. This role sits at the heart of our commercial operation, supporting the sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks that keep deals moving and clients happy.

This is an ideal opportunity for a final-year university student studying Business Administration or a related discipline who is ready to gain real-world commercial experience in a fast-paced, international environment. You will work autonomously, managing your own workload and taking ownership of your responsibilities.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Platform Demo Coordination — Organise and schedule product demos for prospective and existing clients, coordinating availability and preparing the necessary materials..

  • Marketing Events & Client Meetings — Support and take part in marketing events and client meetings, gaining direct exposure to how commercial relationships are built and won.

  • Procurement & Documentation – Managing procurement documentation with clients, including raising and chasing Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure timely processing.

  • Client Requests – Acting as the first point of contact for inbound client requests, from demo scheduling to general platform queries, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

  • CRM Management (HubSpot) – Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot, logging interactions, updating contact and deal information, and ensuring data integrity across the platform.

  • Sales Support – Assisting the wider sales and business development team with administrative tasks, reporting, and ad-hoc operational needs as they arise.

  • Process Improvement – Identifying opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks and contributing ideas to improve sales operations workflows.

About You

We're looking for someone who hits the ground running. You don't need to be an expert in everything on day one; but you do need to be the kind of person who figures things out, takes initiative, and gets things done.

  • You are currently completing a university degree in Business Administration or a related field (final years preferred, as part of the mandatory internship programme).

  • You have 0–1 year of administrative or professional work experience, you understand the basics of working in a business environment.

  • You are highly proactive and self-sufficient; you don't wait to be told what to do.

  • You are accountable, you take ownership of your tasks and follow through reliably.

  • You are a strong communicator, both written and verbal, and are comfortable engaging with clients and colleagues professionally.

  • You bring energy and initiative to your work — someone outgoing and confident in a professional setting.

  • You are comfortable with (or eager to learn) AI-powered tools to boost your efficiency and output quality.

  • You are proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) this is a baseline requirement.

  • Experience with HubSpot or another CRM is a plus, but not essential; we'll train you.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Brazilian university, eligible to participate in a mandatory 2-year internship programme (estágio obrigatório).

  • 0–1 year of administrative or office-based work experience.

  • Fluent in Portuguese; professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.

  • Comfortable working remotely and independently across a 6-hour working day.

  • Available to work daytime hours (Monday–Friday), with university attendance in the evenings.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or any CRM tool.

  • Experience with AI productivity tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, Notion AI).

  • Prior exposure to a sales, commercial, or client-facing environment.

About the Internship Programme

This role is structured as a mandatory internship (estágio obrigatório) in accordance with Brazilian law, designed for students completing the final two years of their undergraduate degree. Maximum working hours are 6 hours per day, allowing you to attend university in the evenings. The role is fully remote, no commute required.

Upon joining, you will be onboarded as a full member of the team, with access to the same training, tools, and resources as any other new employee.
