We're growing our international sales team and need a pro-active, organised, and commercially minded Sales & Marketing Coordinator to be the engine room of our global sales operation.
What you'll own:
- Preparing and sending quotes, proposals, and contracts for international clients with precision
- Managing and maintaining CRM records so the team always has clean, actionable data
- Qualifying inbound leads and routing them to the right regional sales rep
- Coordinating demos, sample requests, trade event logistics, and sales meetings
- Tracking order status and proactively communicating with customers across time zones
- Producing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for leadership review
- Collaborating with marketing to keep collateral, product specs, and materials current
Requirements
Essential
- 2–3+ years in sales support, sales coordination, or B2B customer service
- Confident CRM user, HubSpot preferred
- Strong written and verbal communicator, you're the voice of the team
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Bonus points for
- Experience supporting international or multi-regional sales teams
- A second language (in our target markets)
- Familiarity with accessibility tech, assistive devices, or IT hardware
- Knowledge of order management systems
