Our focus spans AI strategy, generative and agentic AI development, analytics, and R&D acceleration through our Research-as-a-Service (RaaS) model.


Incubity is the learning and talent development arm of Ambilio, focused on building AI-ready professionals and enterprise capability. It offers project mentoring programs, simulation-based learning through the Agentic AI Simulation Sandbox, and tailored corporate training programs delivered by a network of 100+ industry practitioners. Incubity works with corporates and edtech partners to design learning experiences that connect AI concepts with real-world business applications.


We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Intern to support our business development and client acquisition efforts across Ambilio and Incubity. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B sales within the fast-growing AI and learning ecosystem. The ideal candidate will assist in lead generation, client outreach, proposal coordination, and sales pipeline management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential corporate clients, learning partners, and enterprise leads.
  • Assist in outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and introduce relevant offerings from Ambilio or Incubity.
  • Connect and establish the first level of pitching with prospective clients to introduce Ambilio and Incubity’s offerings.
  • Support proposal preparation, presentation scheduling, and CRM data management.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for campaign execution and follow-ups.
  • Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and conversions in the sales database.
  • Provide weekly reports on outreach progress, engagement, and pipeline updates.


Requirements

  • Fresh graduates or final-year students (any discipline) with strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Individuals on a career break with prior experience in sales, business development, or client engagement are also encouraged to apply.
  • Passionate about technology, AI, and learning solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, or sales automation is a plus.
