Role Objective:

To drive sales and business growth of Ring Main Units (RMUs) and Compact Substations (CSS) in
the Delhi NCR region by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and providing
technical-commercial solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in utilities, EPCs, industrial clients, and
infrastructure projects.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and government bodies.
 

Sales Execution
Achieve assigned sales targets for RMU and CSS products.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
 

Technical Support
Provide pre-sales technical assistance to customers, ensuring product suitability.
Coordinate with design and engineering teams for customized solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
 

Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
Provide feedback to product management for continuous improvement.
 

Coordination
Work closely with supply chain, logistics, and service teams to ensure timely delivery and
customer satisfaction.
Support after-sales service and resolve client issues promptly.
 

Qualifications & Skills
Education
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or related field.
 

Experience
3-6 years of experience in sales of electrical switchgear, RMU, CSS, or related power distribution
equipment.
Prior exposure to utility projects, industrial clients, or EPC contracts in Delhi NCR is desirable.
 

Skills
Strong technical knowledge of medium-voltage switchgear and substations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and tendering processes.
