We’re building a brand-new Inside Sales SDR team in Serbia for the Ideals VDR product, and hiring multiple Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join us.
Backed by a great product, supportive leadership, and a global go-to-market playbook, you'll focus on driving new customer adoption across the EMEA region – with a focus on M&A, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Legal, and Corporate Development, among other sectors where secure, high-stakes deal-making is critical.

The hiring process will be conducted in English as this is Ideals’ business language, please apply with an English version of your CV.
Conduct outbound prospecting via outreach and cold calls to accounts across EMEA
Research target persona dealmakers such as M&A advisors, CFOs, and legal teams to deliver an impactful initial contact
Book qualified product demos for Account Executives
Engage prospects consistently through CRM, building long-term rapport
Contribute insights that shape our sales and marketing strategies
Maintain accurate activity logs and prospect data in HubSpot
1+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales with exposure to EMEA markets
Strong business communication skills in English – verbal and written
Professional objection-handling skills, building rapport, and passing gatekeepers
Tenacity, adaptability, and a hunger to grow fast
Fast learning ability and tech-savviness with CRMs and sales tools
Previous work experience in the technological B2B SaaS industry
Familiarity with M&A, due diligence, or financial services workflows
Additional European languages, particularly German and French
