Role: Commission-Only SaaS Sales Representative (Remote, Philippines)

We are looking for a hungry, entrepreneurial Commission‑Only SaaS Sales Representative to help bring Wayy.ai to solopreneurs and small teams around the world. This is a remote role based in the Philippines, selling into US and international markets, with a focus on LinkedIn‑driven outbound and demo bookings.

What you’ll do

  • Prospect and qualify leads (early founders, coaches, consultants, freelancers, agencies, and other independents) who need more qualified sales calls.
  • Run outbound outreach (primarily LinkedIn and email) using Wayy.ai and other tools to generate conversations and booked demos.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and handle basic objections, then close new subscriptions or hand off warm opportunities (depending on your experience level).
  • Manage and update your pipeline, track activity and results, and continuously improve messaging based on what you see in the field.
  • Collaborate directly with the founder on scripts, offers, and sales experiments to improve conversion rates and shorten the sales cycle.

What we’re looking for

  • Interested in sales (SDR/BDR, inside sales, or closing) – SaaS or agency/marketing services experience is a plus but not strictly required.
  • Comfortable doing outbound (cold outreach), handling rejection, and running a high volume of touchpoints daily.
  • Strong written and spoken English, with confidence speaking to US, UK, and other English‑speaking clients.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you like ownership, you track your own numbers, and you’re motivated by performance‑based pay and uncapped upside.
  • Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and the ability to work primarily during US business hours (night shift in PH).

Compensation

  • This is a 100% commission‑only independent contractor role (no base salary).
  • Competitive commission on closed deals, with uncapped upside and accumulating subscription revenue share.
