Who We're Looking For
This is NOT an entry-level position. We're seeking proven closers with:
- ✅ Demonstrated high-ticket closing experience (HTS/HTC)
- ✅ Strong close rate (CC) with verifiable 2025 results
- ✅ Ability to qualify and disqualify prospects effectively
- ✅ Consultative sales approach and genuine care for client outcomes
- ✅ Self-motivated with a track record of consistent performance
Your Responsibilities
Discovery & Sales
- Conduct AAA Discovery Meetings with warm, country-qualified inbound leads
- Qualify prospects and identify genuine fit for the program
- Guide qualified prospects to confident, informed decisions about joining
- Focus on understanding needs and demonstrating program value
Onboarding
- Manage contract completion and execution
- Process and verify payments
- Ensure smooth member transition into the program
Follow-Up & Nurturing
- Maintain consistent prospect communication
- Address concerns and provide additional information
- Guide prospects through their decision journey
Continuous Improvement
- Regular call reviews and self-reflection
- Refine techniques and identify growth areas
- Participate in team training and development
Data Excellence
- Maintain accurate CRM records and tracking
- Follow data and reporting standards
- Provide timely updates on pipeline and performance
