About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, commercially minded Bilingual Sales Consultant to support high-value client journeys for luxury real estate sales teams in South Florida.
This is not a traditional assistant role. You’ll work closely with real estate agents and leadership to manage lead follow-up, analyze CRM information, coordinate client communication, support property tour logistics, and help move qualified opportunities through the sales pipeline.
The ideal candidate has experience in consultative sales, account management, business development, client success, or commercial operations, and knows how to combine strong communication, strategic thinking, and attention to detail to support successful deal closures.
What You’ll Do
Manage and prioritize leads through the CRM, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
Support client communication in English and Spanish with a polished, professional tone.
Coordinate property tours, meetings, schedules, and next steps with the sales team.
Analyze lead and CRM data to identify opportunities, risks, and action items.
Develop follow-up strategies that support the team’s commercial goals.
Provide structure, insights, and operational support to help improve the sales process.
Support the client experience before, during, and after the sale.
Make sure no important detail is missed across high-value client interactions.
What We’re Looking For
Full professional fluency in English and Spanish.
2+ years of experience in bilingual sales, consultative sales, account management, business development, client success, or commercial analysis.
Experience working with CRM tools and managing follow-up processes.
Strong analytical thinking, organization, and attention to detail.
Ability to understand client needs, prioritize opportunities, and support commercial decisions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, high-performance environment.
Familiarity with data analysis, automation, or AI tools is a plus.
Weekend availability required, with two weekdays off.
