This role provides support to revenue cycle leadership by developing and reinforcing effective business practices across various departments including billing, registration, and customer service. The incumbent will also assist in tracking data and implementing solutions to improve departmental operational efficiency.
This position is responsible for providing support to the system's facilities by supporting revenue cycle initiatives and by providing value-added support to revenue cycle leadership. Assignments and oversite for the position will come from the Revenue Cycle Directors by may also come from the department directors as well as the VP of Revenue Cycle. The incumbent will work with revenue cycle leadership to assist in developing and reinforcing effective business practices within pre-registration, admitting, registration, health information management, billing, collections, and customer service. This position may work remotely or onsite based on the needs of the organization.
