About The Role
As a Client Retention Manager, you'll manage relationships with existing trading clients, helping them stay engaged, trade actively, and maximize the value they receive from our products and services. Your success comes from building trust, delivering excellent service, and supporting long-term client growth.
What You'll Do
• Manage a portfolio of existing trading clients.
• Build strong relationships through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Share market updates, product information, and relevant promotions.
• Encourage repeat deposits and increased trading activity.
• Re-engage dormant clients and identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and client activity updates.
• Achieve retention, deposit growth, and client engagement targets.
What We're Looking For
• Experience in Forex, CFDs, brokerage, fintech, or financial services.
• Proven client relationship or account management experience.
• Good understanding of financial markets and trading products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working with KPIs and CRM systems.
• Self-driven and able to work independently in a remote environment.
