Summary

  • Handle inbound calls and route them to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Maintain effective tenant relations by ensuring all communications are clear, courteous, and timely.
  • Assist in property management tasks, including administrative support and documentation.
  • Utilize professional phone etiquette to manage and resolve tenant issues efficiently.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to ensure tenant satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Support real estate operations by coordinating with various departments to streamline processes.
  • Prepare and manage written communications with tenants, ensuring clarity and professionalism.


Requirements

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field within the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in inbound call handling and call routing.
  • Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Strong understanding of property management and real estate operations.
  • Excellent tenant relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Professional phone etiquette and strong administrative support capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing with a high level of professionalism.
