Research Assistant / Network Administrator / Data Survey (Remote)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online and database research to gather reliable information.
• Design, distribute, and manage online surveys.
• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze survey and research data.
• Prepare research reports, summaries, and presentations.
• Maintain databases and ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network systems and connectivity issues.
• Configure user accounts, permissions, and network security settings.
• Document IT systems, network configurations, and research processes.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule.

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of networking concepts such as:
  • TCP/IP
  • DNS
  • VPNs
  • Routers
  • Firewalls
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
