We are seeking an experienced Rental Property Listings & Advertising Specialist to manage, optimize, and market rental property listings across major online rental platforms throughout the United States. Key Responsibilities
- Create, publish, and manage rental property listings across major U.S. rental platforms.
- Optimize property advertisements to maximize visibility, inquiries, and occupancy rates.
- Write compelling property descriptions and marketing content.
- Upload and manage property photos, videos, floor plans, and virtual tours.
- Monitor listing performance and make adjustments to improve results.
- Ensure listing accuracy, pricing updates, availability status, and compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Respond to listing inquiries and coordinate lead distribution when required.

Required Qualifications
