Remote Wedding & Celebration Specialist

We are seeking organized, motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Wedding & Celebration Specialists. This role focuses on coordinating travel experiences tied to lifes special moments, including honeymoons, destination weddings, bachelor and bachelorette trips, babymoons, anniversaries, and group celebrations.

This is a remote, flexible opportunity for individuals who enjoy planning, client support, and creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements for honeymoons and celebration-based trips

• Research and recommend resorts, cruises, hotels, and travel packages

• Organize group logistics, including accommodations and transportation

• Communicate with travel suppliers and vendors

• Create customized itineraries and provide ongoing client support

• Maintain accurate client records and booking details

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Customer-focused with attention to detail

• Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple clients

• Interest in travel and celebration-based experiences

• Experience in hospitality, events, or customer service is a plus
