Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide remote administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong time management abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Manage emails, calendars, and appointments.

Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat.

Schedule meetings and coordinate with clients and team members.

Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.

Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records.

Manage online files and documents using cloud-based platforms.

Conduct internet research and compile information as requested.

Assist with bookkeeping tasks, invoicing, and expense tracking.

Process orders and maintain customer databases.

Coordinate travel arrangements when required.

Monitor project deadlines and provide administrative support to management.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).

Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
