AI Summary

The BCBA will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and supervise RBTs to ensure high-quality care. They will also manage their own caseloads with administrative support for billing, scheduling, and insurance requirements.

You became a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst to help kiddos and their families thrive, grow, and accomplish. But the industry has made that challenging for you. With high case loads, long commutes, pressure on minimum hours, and staff turnover, it's hard to accomplish your goals.

At Tellos, our mission is to help you be the BCBA you want to be.

We do this through lower caseloads, stable RBT staff, Telehealth, and a platform that gives you autonomy to manage your cases the way you know is best. By Providing BCBAs with everything they need to go independent, from finding clients to credentialing, scheduling, billing and recruiting, we never stop supporting you and your goals.

Why work with us?

We help you go independent allowing you to have the autonomy and flexibility you need to deliver world-class care to the families and kiddos who need you most, and earn even more as independent practitioner.

  • Purpose-driven: we believe that providers must have fulfilling and meaningful career to offer their best.

  • Highest standard of care- BCBAs are overworked and underpaid, we want to do the opposite.

  • Empathy - the families come first but the precursor to that is the happiness of the providers, so we’ve a provider first culture.

  • You’ll be in the driver seat, running your own practice without any external influence on how to run your business.
