Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking an experienced and strategic Software Project Manager to work primarily outside of the office and communicate daily through virtual meetings with the Senior Director of Information, Technology, and Ecommerce. They will work as the liaison between Goodwill and Supro. They will work with other Goodwill's that are using the Supro system and manage their Supro systems alongside their assigned teams. They will oversee production schedules, support tickets, new modules, and ensure that timelines are met, and budgets stay within scope. They will develop training guides, conduct software demonstrations, and attend conferences or go onsite to a client as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with client representatives to determine project scope and requirements
• Compile and ensure all teams support tickets are being resolved in a timely manner
• Work directly with each Goodwill to create a roadmap for Supro
• Conduct meetings with all Goodwill teams and attend all Supro meetings with them
• Collaborate with Goodwill teams and Supro to establish needs and objectives
• Create all documentation and training materials, such as implementation plans, and user guides
• Identify and plan for potential risks
• Monitor progress to keep all projects and tasks on schedule
• Work with and provide the Director of Information, Technology, and Ecommerce a report that ensures the consistency and maintenance of existing applications and modules for each Goodwill as well as an updated list of all open issues and projects.
• Maintain PCI compliance in addition to any other necessary IT or Security protocols.
• Deliver regular progress report to Goodwill's
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or at least 10 years in related
• Professional client related experience

• Principles and practices used in the design, configuration, installation, purchasing and maintenance of computer equipment and software.
• Principles and practices used in the set-up and administration of multi-user systems.
• Systems design and implementation in a database environment.
• Teleprocessing security and communications networks.
• Creative and adaptive program planning, implementation, maintenance and evaluation.
• Well-developed organizational, problem solving and prioritization skills.
• Ability to facilitate information sharing between teams.
• Strong principles and practices used in training staff.
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good understanding and technical knowledge of current network and PC operating systems, hardware, protocols, and policy development.
• Budgeting, and business office operations.
• Clear understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.
• Advanced knowledge in technology and telecommunications.
• Expert skill in troubleshooting, problem solving and customer service
• Creative, self-motivated and capable, able to work independently.
• Ability to conduct and direct research into IT issues and products.
• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
