Seeking a Personal Branding & Content Strategist to build, shape, and scale a strong personal brand in the financial advisory space. We are looking for a strategist who has experience building the public presence, voice, and authority of founders, CEOs, coaches, trainers, consultants, or industry experts — someone who knows how to turn expertise into influence through compelling storytelling and intentional content positioning. 

You will go beyond content execution by taking ownership of the overall branding direction, content strategy, messaging frameworks, and audience engagement approach. Portfolio is required!

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Branding Strategy & Positioning:

  • Develop and execute a clear personal branding strategy aligned with financial literacy, advisory positioning, and long-term business objectives.
  • Shape the brand voice, messaging style, communication tone, and public positioning of the advisor.
  • Define strategic content pillars, audience angles, storytelling frameworks, and thematic direction.
  • Provide strategic guidance on how content should be positioned to strengthen authority, trust, and audience connection.
  • Translate complex financial concepts into clear, engaging, and audience-friendly narratives without losing accuracy or credibility.

Content Strategy, Copywriting & Creative Direction:

  • Lead the planning and execution of content across multiple platforms and formats, including:
    • Social media posts
    • Carousels and infographics
    • Short-form educational content
    • Long-form thought leadership articles
    • Website and personal brand content
  • Craft strong copywriting tailored to personal branding rather than generic corporate communication.
  • Ensure all content maintains consistency in tone, visual identity, messaging, and audience positioning.
  • Provide creative direction and interpretation for visual storytelling, ensuring content is both strategically positioned and visually engaging.
  • Work closely with design tools and visual layouts to create clean, professional, and high-converting content assets.

Research & Audience Insights:

  • Conduct online listening, competitor analysis, and audience research to identify emerging trends, pain points, and opportunities within the financial literacy landscape.
  • Proactively recommend content ideas and strategic angles based on audience behaviour and market insights.
  • Identify opportunities to differentiate the advisor’s personal brand within the industry.

Website & Digital Presence:

  • Manage and update website content while ensuring consistency with the overall personal branding strategy.
  • Recommend improvements to content flow, messaging structure, user experience, and conversion journey.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate fixes where required.

Planning, Ownership & Performance Tracking:

  • Own the overall content roadmap, publishing cadence, and content calendar.
  • Work independently with strong ownership, initiative, and accountability.
  • Track content performance, audience engagement, and branding effectiveness to refine content direction and strategy over time.
  • Maintain organised documentation, workflows, and strategic planning processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience building and managing personal brands for founders, CEOs, coaches, trainers, consultants, financial advisors, or industry experts.
  • Ability to provide strategic direction on content positioning, messaging, storytelling, and audience engagement.
  • Strong copywriting and content interpretation skills with the ability to simplify complex topics into engaging narratives.
  • Strong design eye and visual sensibility with understanding of layout, hierarchy, readability, and brand aesthetics.
  • Experience managing content across social media platforms, websites, and digital channels.
  • Strategic thinker who can connect content initiatives to long-term brand growth and business outcomes.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and systematic in execution.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership, initiative, and proactive problem-solving abilities.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (GMT+8 - Singapore Time)

Salary: Singapore Dollars $1,000 – $1,500/month
