We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Remote Outpatient Counselor to join our team!

Position Summary

The Outpatient Counselor will provide individual, family, and group therapy services to adults, children, and adolescents experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges. This position is fully remote and offers flexibility while maintaining a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and group counseling services
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
• Maintain compliance with DMAS, Medicaid, and insurance requirements
• Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and community providers
• Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings
• Maintain ethical and professional standards at all times

Qualifications

Required

• Active Virginia LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist
• Ability to provide telehealth services throughout Virginia
• Strong clinical documentation skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Reliable internet connection and private workspace

Preferred

• Experience with Medicaid populations
• Experience treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
• Experience providing telehealth counseling services
