Job Title: Mental Health Clinical Supervisor - 1099 Contract
Reports To: Clinical Director
Location: Remote
Schedule: Flexible schedule up to 8 hours/week
Compensation: $70-$90/hour for face-to-face supervision; $55/hour for chart review

POSITION SUMMARY: As a key member of the Northpoint team, the Clinical Supervisor will provide face-to-face supervision and chart reviews for Washington state Licensed Mental Health Counselor - Associate employees. This person will provide clinical supervision to other staff seeking clinical endorsement, which will include both clinical consultation and administrative tasks. This person will review and sign off on chart documentation. The Clinical Supervisor will complete all documentation associated with these duties in a professional and timely manner.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Ensure all persons providing counseling services are functioning within their competent parameters and maintaining education to do so
- Audit charts for policy and procedure compliance, appropriate documentation and completion of all internal paperwork and documents
- Assist and resource clinical team with needs for ongoing CEU requirements
- Create and deliver clinical competency trainings as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies and procedures and standards of care
- Other clinically appropriate services and special projects as assigned
