Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, people-focused individuals who enjoy discovering new experiences, researching options, and helping others make plans that fit their lifestyle. As a Remote Lifestyle Advisor, you will work with clients to turn vacation ideas into organized travel experiences based on their interests, preferences, schedules, and budgets.

Clients may be looking for a relaxing resort escape, family adventure, cruise, romantic vacation, group experience, special celebration, or international journey. You'll help simplify the process by researching possibilities, explaining available choices, and coordinating the services selected by each traveler.

This is a remote opportunity for individuals interested in developing experience in travel, hospitality, customer relations, or service-based consulting. Previous travel industry experience is not necessary, and training is available to help you get started.

What You'll Be Doing

• Hold conversations with clients to discover their vacation interests and priorities
• Research destinations and experiences based on individual travel styles
• Explore resorts, hotels, cruises, tours, transportation, activities, and package options
• Create vacation suggestions that reflect client preferences and spending goals
• Help travelers compare different experiences and make informed selections
• Coordinate chosen accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other trip components
• Use approved supplier resources and reservation platforms to organize travel arrangements
• Explain relevant package features, promotions, deadlines, and reservation information
• Provide clients with confirmations, itinerary information, and important trip updates
• Follow up on outstanding travel details and client requests
• Review reservations carefully to help prevent errors or missing information
• Maintain accurate digital records of client conversations and travel arrangements
• Continue learning about destinations, travel products, supplier programs, and industry developments
• Build lasting client relationships through attentive and dependable service

Qualifications

• Detail-conscious and committed to accurate work
• Able to research information and present options clearly
• Comfortable working independently in a virtual setting
• Familiar with computers, internet research, email, and online applications

• Self-motivated and able to manage their own schedule
• Dependable, adaptable, and receptive to coaching
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age 
• Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another qualifying region.
