About the Role:
We’re seeking a driven Insurance Sales Producer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a sales environment and is comfortable managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

While insurance experience is helpful, it’s not required - we’re open to candidates with strong sales backgrounds (including life insurance or other consultative sales roles) who are ready to apply their skills in the insurance space.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and convert new business opportunities
Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend coverage solutions
Manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity
Close sales and contribute to team production goals
Deliver a strong customer experience throughout the process

Qualifications:

Prior sales experience required
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
Comfortable working Eastern Time Zone hours
Insurance experience preferred but not required
Strong work ethic and ability to stay productive in a remote setting
Confident communicator with a results-driven mindset

We’re open to candidates from a variety of sales backgrounds, including those currently working with other carriers or agencies. If you have a track record of success in sales and are looking for a remote opportunity with growth potential, this could be a great fit.
