About the Position

We are seeking motivated individuals who enjoy discovering new destinations, working with people, and helping clients create enjoyable vacations. As a Remote Getaway Consultant, you will learn about each client's vision for their trip and assist them in finding experiences and services that align with their preferences.

Client requests can vary widely and may include resort stays, all-inclusive vacations, cruises, romantic escapes, family trips, group getaways, tours, milestone celebrations, and international destinations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients to discuss their vacation ideas and expectations
  • Gather information about preferred locations, travel dates, budgets, and interests
  • Research potential destinations and vacation experiences
  • Locate accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, and other requested services
  • Evaluate available choices and determine which options best match client requests
  • Prepare and share vacation selections for client review
  • Answer questions about amenities, inclusions, policies, and available experiences
  • Assist clients in coordinating their chosen vacation components
  • Use authorized supplier platforms to complete requested arrangements
  • Verify names, dates, and other reservation information before finalizing details
  • Maintain organized documentation for each client
  • Keep track of payment schedules and other important reservation dates
  • Communicate updates and follow up on outstanding items
  • Provide general assistance with routine reservation questions or changes
  • Continue learning about destinations, suppliers, and current vacation offerings
