What You'll Do

As a Remote Entry-Level Managing Agent, you'll build relationships, educate members, and provide outstanding customer service while developing valuable leadership and sales skills.

Primary Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with members through Zoom and phone appointments.

• Connect with qualified members who have requested benefit information.

• Evaluate clients' needs and recommend personalized insurance solutions.

• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.

• Guide members through the enrollment process.

• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates.

• Provide exceptional ongoing customer service and policy support.

• Maintain accurate client records while following company and state compliance standards.

• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development.
