Remote - Entry Level CSR

About the Role

In this position, you will work directly with clients to provide information about available products, services, and coverage options. You will answer questions, review client needs, and help ensure each person receives clear and accurate guidance.

You will also stay informed on current programs and updates so you can provide reliable support and identify options that may better fit a client’s needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with questions about products, services, and coverage

• Provide clear, accurate, and professional information

• Build positive relationships through strong communication and follow-up

• Review client needs and help identify suitable options

• Stay current on company programs, services, and product updates

• Maintain organized records and complete required documentation

• Participate in ongoing training and development

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or client-facing experience is helpful but not required

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable building rapport with clients

• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities

• Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude

• Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment
