HOW YOUR DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS ROLE WOULD LOOK LIKE:

• Answering customer questions by phone, chat and/or email with a friendly, solution-focused attitude

• Solving problems and creating positive experiences for every customer you speak with

• Following the brand's guidelines and quality standards on every interaction

• Logging and updating customer interactions in the relevant systems

• Working closely with your team to keep improving the service you provide

Requirements

What do you need to be successful at this job?

• Language Maestro: Fluent in Dutch, good English

• Strong communication and active listening skills

• A problem-solving, can-do mindset

• Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools

• Patience, empathy and a positive attitude

• Availability to work in shifts

• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship or Greek work permit)

• 1300.00€ Gross salary
• 450.00€ in gross bonus for training completion
• 15% productivity bonus
• Work Hours: 07:00 - 23:00
