Remote Document Retrieval Specialist

$16.00/Hour Monday- Friday 8a-4:30p Remote- Equipment Provided Texas Residents Only Start Date: October 12, 2026

Are you motivated by goals, quotas, and performance metrics? Do you have experience in collections, outbound calling, appointment scheduling, or a high-volume call center environment?

We're hiring Remote Outreach Agents to make high-volume outbound calls to healthcare provider offices, obtain medical records, and meet daily performance and productivity goals in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for candidates who are comfortable spending most of the day on the phone and are motivated by achieving measurable results.

What You'll Do

• Make and receive a high volume of calls throughout the day
• Request and obtain information from provider offices
• Document call outcomes accurately
• Follow up on outstanding requests
• Meet hourly and daily productivity goals
• Work efficiently in a structured, metrics-driven environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
