Remote Customer Support Specialist (Dog Training / Pet Services)
š¼ Full-Time | Remote
š° Pay: $15ā$17/hour
š Schedule: 40h weekly within 7 AM ā 11 PM CST
š Location: Remote (Eligible States: TX, FL, NC, GA, KY, AL, MS, LA, and TN)
Start Date: July 7th 2026
Dog Academy is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist clients and trainers in our remote call center support team.
This role combines customer service, communication, and a passion for animals.
ā¢Assist clients via phone, chat, and video
ā¢Support trainers and clients with program questions
ā¢Maintain strong customer relationships
ā¢Resolve issues efficiently and professionally
ā¢Customer support or call center experience preferred
ā¢Strong communication and interpersonal skills
ā¢Basic knowledge of dog training (preferred)
ā¢Comfortable using multiple systems
ā¢Work from home full-time
ā¢Make a real impact helping dogs and owners
ā¢Collaborative and supportive team environment
