Our client is a fast-growing international fintech company, with its head office in Dubai, dedicated to empowering traders through world-class tools and services. We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Customer Support Associate to join the team and work Remotely with a service agreement.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive exceptional support and guidance to maximize their success with our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-class customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues quickly and professionally.
  • Guide clients through our services, ensuring a smooth and seamless user experience.
  • Troubleshoot technical concerns and offer effective solutions.
  • Stay up to date with our products, services, and policies to deliver accurate assistance.
  • Record and manage client interactions in the support system for reporting and follow-ups.
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve complex cases and continuously improve the customer journey.
  • Contribute to the creation of support resources, including FAQs and user guides.
  • Track and analyze support trends to recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of customer support experience 
  • Background in Forex trading (1+ year) is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent in English (advanced or near-native level).
  • Knowledge of an additional language (Spanish, Arabic, Farsi, German, Tagalog, Hindi, Portuguese, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
  • Proficient with customer support tools and software.
  • Ability to stay resilient and multitask effectively under pressure.
